Quarter Till Victory is a comedic 4 minute thesis film i am directing for my senior year at the school of visual arts.

 

Cody goes to his local washateria to give his long overdue clothes a good wash. However, he is quickly distracted by a space-themed video game in the waiting area and deems the arcade machine a much better use of his laundry money. Cody is determined to beat the all-time high score, getting lost in fighting pixelated aliens and spaceships up until his last quarter. In his defeat, realizes he has won nothing but soggy clothes, as he has no money left for the dryer.
